By downloading or using Pebbl ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Pebbl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal iOS device, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Use of the App

Pebbl is a sensory relaxation application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended for entertainment and relaxation purposes only.

In-App Purchases

• Pebbl offers optional premium features via one-time in-app purchase.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies.
• You can restore purchases on any device signed into the same Apple ID.

Intellectual Property

All content in Pebbl, including but not limited to code, graphics, sounds, and design, is the property of Pebbl and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebbl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
